1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using R8SIX’s CRM, power dialer, automation tools, and lead generation services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

R8SIX provides sales and marketing tools, including:

CRM and power dialer software

Lead management and automation tools

Lead generation services

Follow-up automation (texts, emails, and voicemail drops)

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

You agree not to share, sell, or transfer access to your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

R8SIX operates on a monthly subscription model. Usage-based fees (calls, texts, emails, recordings) may apply.

Charges are processed automatically based on your plan.

No refunds are provided for cancellations within an active billing cycle.

5. Lead Generation & Usage

Leads provided through R8SIX are exclusive to your business.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share leads.

R8SIX is not responsible for lead conversion performance or sales outcomes.

6. Call, Text & Messaging Compliance

By using our SMS or call tools, you agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for complying with TCPA, FCC, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC regulations.

You must obtain express written consent before sending SMS/MMS or making autodialed/prerecorded calls to any contact.

You must honor opt-out requests immediately (e.g., STOP replies).

You must not send messages related to prohibited content (e.g., SHAFT content: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco).

You must maintain records of opt-in/opt-out data, including timestamps.

Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

7. Fair Usage Policy

To maintain performance and prevent abuse:

We reserve the right to limit high-volume activity that affects system stability.

Excessive call/text/email activity may result in throttling or account review.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime. No refunds will be given for the current billing cycle.

R8SIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in misuse.

9. Feature Requests & Custom Development

Feature requests can be sent to [email protected].

Custom features may require separate fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

10. Support & Availability

Standard support: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (MST).

Emergency support: Available after hours by phone.

Please check internal resources or agency chats before contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

R8SIX is not liable for lost sales, lead issues, or platform downtime.

Results are not guaranteed.

Users are responsible for legal compliance, including data privacy, messaging laws, and consent tracking.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
